Natalie was a blessing to our family from the second we met her at an open house. We were just beginning to look at the possibility of buying a new home, and it was as if the universe put Natalie in our path to make certain we found exactly the right one. And we did! She was endlessly patient with us as we navigated the housing market for months. She always wanted to hear our thoughts about the properties we saw, and even gave our young children a voice in the process. She promptly responded to all messages/calls, followed through on every task given to her (and to us!), updated us on every single part of the homebuying process from the status of our first offer, all the way to making sure we had directions to the closing attorney’s office. There was nothing Natalie didn’t do for us, and not a single occasion on which one of us said to the other, “Gee, I wish Natalie had told us _____” or “I wish Natalie had done it a different way,” etc. She’s “the whole package” as a real estate agent, and an amazing person on top of that.
