2022 Highlight: We loved collaborating with local artist Dawn Trimble on a recent listing.

The Sellers invested in home staging, but we decided to save money by not staging one bedroom. Instead, I proposed we use this room as a gallery featuring art by a local artist. 

We included a price sheet at the home and successfully sold one piece during the listing process. 

To showcase the homes’s picture rail, we displayed Dawn’s art using hooks and wire. We liked the contrast of Dawn’s modern paintings in a historic 1920’s bungalow. This picture captures the gallery feel of the space while highlighting the historic charm and simple modern frames.
