Ranch Renovation in Dunwoody

The homeowners asked us to design a major renovation to this existing Dunwoody ranch that had fallen into disrepair. We designed a full renovation to the existing home and we were later hired to select the interior finishes and fixtures and exterior colors.

We first began the design by studying the existing floor plan and designing conceptual layouts that reconfigured the existing spaces. To gain more volume and light, we designed a vaulted interior for the living spaces and opened walls between the family, kitchen, and dining rooms. Using all the available space, we proposed a modest master bathroom and two secondary bedrooms upstairs with a guest bedroom downstairs. 

The lower level included a family gathering space, office, laundry room, bathroom, guest room, and storage.
