New Construction in Kirkwood

We design custom homes for a variety of clients, including homebuilders.  

We designed this four bedroom home in the Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta. Drawing from the neighborhood architecture and scale, we aimed to create a design that looked like it had always been there.  Unlike original Craftsman style homes, we created an open floor plan for modern living to appeal to most homebuyers.

This home is approximately 30′ wide, perfect for a 50’ wide lot in Atlanta.
